The Pre-Sure™ Cap is a hygienic pressure monitoring solution tailored for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. When pressure reaches or exceeds 5 PSI (0.34 bar), the indicator extends, warning plant operators that it is unsafe to unclamp panel connections. The indicator retracts when the pressure decreases, promoting safety and efficiency.

It includes a 2-inch retainer cap crafted from 316L Stainless Steel and a red silicone diaphragm that complies with USP Class VI standards. The diaphragm, which is replaceable, offers chemical resistance and ensures a secure seal regardless of the indicator’s position.
